1. When exsirius and shadic12 have finished their commissions, what if me, and you go 50/50 split on getting a full MUGEN 1.1 screenpack made for this?
2.Because it uses Shadic12's lifebars he commissioned, he should also get a personal copy off us when its done.

Okay now you got my attention with this plan of yours I would be delightful for you and Greyfox to collab for the Screenpack for Mugen 1.1. Hell if four members including myself were to commission your screenpack idea we could each go 25 on it and we can add Ikemen GO support once the engine has all of Mugen 1.1 features like the battle cry screen pack you guys are working on.

I agree with suggestion CancerManXIII who knows probably PhantomD would be onboard with contributing to the screenpack.

I have finished creating all of the multicolored Portrait Templates as discussed:

Portrait 9000,8
- Used for Single Mode Lifebar Portraits
- 7 Color Options
- Placed in CHaracter Sprite Index in Fighter Factory at Sprite 9000,8, at position x1280, y0 (same as before)

Portrait 9000,9 (P1/P2) / Portrait 9000,10 (P3/P4)
- Used for Tag Mode Lifebar Portraits
- 7 Color Options
- Placed in Character Sprite Index in Fighter Factory at Sprite 9000,9, at position x1280, y0 (same as before)

For Team mode you dont have to add any extra Portrait Because it will reuse Portrait 9000,8 and the older mini ports for inactive characters

Now that is done, there are only 2 more steps required until completion.
1. testing all of the lifebar modes to ensure that everything works with the new portrait template
2. creating the portrait creation basic tutorial for the new upgraded template

Nice glad this modified version turned out well.

I can now confidently say that Part 2 of the Blazblue Legacy Cross Tag Battle Lifebar system Update is complete.
All Portrait modes have been installed and updated correctly and tested to be working as required/discussed.

I received your message and I am glad to hear that everything is working good on your end.
As discussed, here is the final part of the project for your convinience, the updated portrait creation guide.
As you can see, it is basically almost identical to the original just with a few extra added modifications to allow for the custom frame system to work.
Please try these out on your end to ensure they work fine, however i am confident that they do as I have already used them to create all the sample character portraits in the final build I sent you:


1.Open the [Portraits] folder

2.Open the [TYPE_Y PORTS] folder
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

3. Inside are 4 folders and 3 x PSD Templates

Each PSD template corresponds to a different Portrait as follows:

9000,7 = TURNS MODE TEAM MATE PORTRAIT
9000,8 = SINGLE MODE PORTRAIT
9000,9 = TAG/SIMUL MODE P1/P2
9000,10 = TAG/SIMUL MODE P3/P4


TO CREATE PORTRAITS FOR SINGLE MODE PORTRAIT:

1. OPEN [9000,8 AUTO TEMPLATE.psd] IN Adobe PS CS6 or higher.
On the layer panel, you will see 7 color coded folders and a sample layer:

2. Select the color you would like to use for your portrait frame
(e.g Purple) and change the folder to [visible] and open it as shown below:

3. Find the folder named [PLACE IMAGE IN HERE].
Place the image you would like to use inside the folder.
Resize/reposition it as required.
(ignore any warning messages that may appear regarding color depth etc)

4. disable the [SAMPLE IMAGE(DISABLE BEFORE SAVE)] layer and save image to your portraits folder.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

5. Add the portraits to the position 1280,0 on all your characters under the corresponding indexes (9000,7/8/9/10)

Repeat same steps for all other variants.
All you have to do is the same steps as the original version, which is basically just placing your chosen artwork inside the folders specified as {place image here}


Now with all of that done, once you have checked this and are satisfied that this project is complete, I will mark it as complete and move it to the completed projects archive.

I just made Portraits with your easy to understand guide and everything checks out thanks. Also could you do me a favor and give links to those who contributed to the previous and current lifebar project through PM.
