To Create & Install Simul-Tag Mode Custom Portraits,

Tools/software required:

*VLC Media player/Media player capable of mp4 video playback
*Virtualtek Fighter Factory3 64bit
*Adobe Photoshop CS6 or or later
*Notepad or Notepad++ Text editing software

Pre-requisite skills required:

*Basic/intermediate understanding of Fighter Factory 3
*Basic understanding of .sff files & .def Files
*Basic/Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CS6 or higher

Pre-requisite actions required:

*Characters be already converted to Mugen 1.1 format. If still unsure on this step, please google, commission the task,
or read the link below for assistance.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Watch the video tutorial video

2. Open Adobe Photoshop

3. Open the "Simul-Tag portraits Template.psd" file in photoshop

4. Open the image you are using for your custom portrait in Photoshop

5. Follow the steps shown in the video, and save your output image as a PNG file
  (Some photoshop versions may ask what compression/interlace mode your require.
   Use the default options: Compression = Smallest/Slow   Interlace = None)

6. Open Fighter factory.

7. Open your pre-converted character that has been already converted to mugen 1.1 format.

8. Delete/Remove/rename any sprite already using group index number 9000,5

9. At the end of the .sff file, add the new portrait sprite to group 9000, index 5.
  Set portrait position as X axis: 0   Y axis 0.

10.Save/overwrite .sff again in Mugen 1.1 format
