I used JMorphman's Explodsive system of buffering and Negative Edge to enhance ELECTR0's old-school MVC hybrid characters to add those features to them.
So far, the pack has patches included for Ryu, Janne, Ray, Tung, Captain Kidd, Johnny Maximum, Wraith, Blanka, and Sagat. Currently, Ken, Zangief, M. Bison, Burnov, the Punisher Warzone cast, and his older characters are not included.
