I figured this thread would be useful, considering I had just finished and started some newer animes. I had finished Death Note back in the day, and it was my favorite anime. Some people recommended Samurai Champloo (because of Nujabes) so I just finished it, and it's my new fav anime.

I just started Gurren Laggan.

Go ahead and talk about anything anime or manga related.

To bump up this thread and somewhat my return to this forum, recently watched 6 episodes of Witch Hunter Robin. Not bad overall.

I heard Witch Hunter was somewhat hard to get into. Never really checked it out myself. The last anime I actually fully completed was Elfen Lied some months ago.

I hope they make a new season of K soon, I want to know what happened to the Reds

As of now, I am into "Date-A-Live" and "Haiyore Nyaruko-San W". The only good animes I've seen this year.

Watch Jojo's bizarre adventure..Part 2 since it appeals to everyone..not even my fav series was safe from dubstep. :sandow:

I mean only 10 eps are out and im spacing them out so i dont have to wait a week for each new ep. Look up reviews and judge from there.

Decided to watch it even though people were over hyping the fuck out of it, which is annoying to me... episode 10 was fucken phenomenal when it comes to character development.

I can't rate it as of now, I have to finish it first, but it looks like I found a new manga that I'll be reading.

Alright, fine. I'm convinced. I thought I was gonna be pre-occupied by Batman the animated series for the next 2 months, but I guess Attack on Titan will have to take its place.

That Attack on Titan manga sounds interesting...Now I'll have something to read while waiting for the weekly ones (that and Sul Eater)...

As of now, nothing is good so far. Just downloading some anime videos.

All caught up with Shingeki no Kyojin now.

The manga is a lot more gory and bloody than the anime, but it's really cool. The anime portrays the manga is nicely IMO. I like the black borders they put around the characters. The OST is pretty cool too.

I watched Shingeki no Kyojin yesterday, when I reach episodes 9 to 11, the story is getting ridiculous. They should have just made it Human Vs. Titan, not having a human gains control of a titan. The story goes out of track, I was disappointed and stopped watching it.

Soooo anybody watch anything good recently? I've started watching Darker Than Black. The story is interesting but it's kinda odd and hard to understand since the terminology hasn't been properly explained

A good show to watch is World God only Knows! It grabbed me from the start. it is indeed a harem but not so much since the girls dont fight over each other for the main character and the main character is a total gamer so we can relate somehow!

You guys should try watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (2012) mainly because it's pretty bad ass. And no Watta, it's not gay. I'm telling you, man. Listen to me.
