Nep Heart is an American Mugen Mugen 1.0 character creator/Drawing artist & Hyperdimension Neptunia (HDN) game series fan/Doujin character enthusiast.
He is best known for creating only female or "waifu" characters from a variety of existing Doujin games & Anime series.

Nep Hearts overall preference for Mugen characters, is entirely female "waifu" characters, more specifically female Doujin game related characters or others centered around Japanese Anime etc.
His first creation was Sayaka Miki, is a fictional character from the 2011 anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
He has also made characters from popular Doujin game series within the Mugen community such as the Touhou series, and Vanguard Princess

Nep Heart also is a Pixiv artist (links above), primarily drawing female anime style characters both existing and original, but also occasionally drawing vector backgrounds. He also states via his twitter and pixiv page that he does artwork commissions but there is no information on existing commission work that exists.
