Falcon Rapper is a Brazilian M.U.G.E.N creator and former member of the now defunct off-shoot of a small group of Newagemugen members, team R.O.K (reign of kreation). He is mostly known for his Capcom Vs Snk "POTs styled" character releases and edits showcased on his youtube channel.
His 2018 release of a SFV Costume sprited "Neo Chun-Li" was one of the most popular Mugen releases of the year gaining much attention for both the creation itself and of course the fan service element.
He is mostly active socially on the mugen fighters guild forum. He has been active within the mugen scene since at least 2016 when he first began making mugen videos.
While he does not have a centralized link to all of his works, links to each of his creations are generally included in each of his videos.
Due to the popularity of the CVS-esque POTs game play style, Falcon Rappers earlier creations underwent much heavy scrutiny in terms of how accurate they were in comparison to actual CVSNK source characters and also the gold standard of accepted and unaccepted game play mechanics, however he has a general good work ethic and approach to feedback and addresses 99% of mentioned issues/bugs/improvement suggestions and updates his characters accordingly to create an overall good result.
