NGI is a Chinese(?) character creator (since as early as 2011 to as late as 2017), whom unfortunately, I can't even say "mostly known for", because well... they're not really that well known. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about them, as I cannot seem to find a website, let alone really much if anything about who they are as a creator. All that is known, is that they've made creations from a wide variety of games, the majority of them being obscure or less reputable one-offs, such as [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] (for the DOS).

So yeah, its a landmine to say the least. From my experiences though, all of their characters are pretty solid, but not all of them aim for accuracy, so you'll have to take their work with a grain of salt.
