Just an old school Japanese website that was very popular in the earlier days of Mugen when more Japanese creators were active.
There are various links and resources relating to custom effects and hitsparks.
There is also information linking to a software called Prominence 3D which was very popular among Japanese creators and is responsible for making many of the iconic custom hitsparks and effects you may all remember from some classic Japanese creator works.
