Hey ladz, it'z yta boi yung TRILLvester Stalone here.
Some of you may be wondering WHERE THE HELL is the HELP thread on discord?
Good question!
As you may be aware, we a formal announcement regarding our community standpoint on free help and assistance in August 2020:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
This was very beneficial for all of our members.
It has allowed us to do the work that matters most and prioritize workload, manage the community and plan ahead.
We removed the help thread from our discord server - replacing it with a paid help/commission request thread for 2 reasons:
1. Mugen help topics can be found on every major mugen website including this, and contain plentiful information that can help others.
We want to create the incentive to force members to use help threads, and record their issues for others to see so it benefits the community as a
whole
2. It stinks up the discord lol. If a person asks for help on an issue once, then 30 conversations take place and that information becomes 90 upward finger swipes old, then an ongoing cycle of help pain and the same questions asked over and over again will occur.
So in summary, YES we still have a general help thread. just not on discord, so please direct your problems there:
