Thanks buddy. I dunno about Shaolin, but I would like to resume him someday

Love these characters O Illusionista. Are you making a full game project just for SPec Ops?

Yes, Spec Ops is a full game.
Black Heart - Peketo Longplay PC
The Black Heart is a VS 2d fighting game in the tradition of Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat, where 6 creatures face each other in cruel battles with gothic aesthetic. The game started on Mugen many years ago and now uses the Ikemen engine
Let's remember an old project: Shin Kazuma. Mixing MVC, CVS, KI and MK gameplay, he was one of the characters I made that became a legend on the Saltybet website, winning some tournaments, like the "Salty Bet Shaker Classic 9 Tournament", with his aggressive artificial intelligence.
Dark Gathering was an original Mortal Kombat themed stage that I made in 2011 and I really like the atmosphere.

I like this character too. Except sometimes he will not die and is invincible is only problem :D if you made the remake version for newer mugen versions would be cool. Like mugen 1.1 version or something and with some more balance attack. But i know he is suppose to be super strong character. I know that this character has very old history like the reubenkee creator of dragon claw. So it is good we have you still alive and in mugen after many many years

It's not on my plans to make a 1.1 version (I don't like mugen 1.1 too much to be honest). But maybe a 1.0 version could be done on the future.

8 player Simul Ikemen fight - Mega Man Robot Master Mayhem
Warning: it's really a mayhem, lol. Ikemen testing with 8p battle and using a widescreen resolution. No changes were made on the characters, its just a test right off the bat.
We are still considering the pros and cons of moving this project to Ikemen

Out of curiosity (because this is actually something i have seen mentioned by many mugen 1.0 only users in the past that use lower end PCs) is there any particular reason why you don't like Mugen 1.1? You may find this article interesting and informative in relation to the topic of Mugen 1.0 vs 1.1:

Lol wow... so according to that topic, I am ignorant and misinformed person ;)
But I can give you two reasons: - I don't care too much about zoom. Elecbyte had way more things to care about (things we've been asking for ages, like interactive stages) but, yet, they decided to add zoom. Cool move. And I would add that 90% of the stages made using zoom kinda makes me sick in few seconds.
- Space/position change. That was the most stupid change Elecbyte ever made in Mugen history. There is no way anyone would convince me that his:
It's like counting a horse's legs and dividing by 4 to see how many legs it has.
The only thing I like from 1.1 is the scale/rotation/interpolation on AIR. And since Ikemen supports those stuff even using a 1.0 content, I plan to upgrade to ikemen instead of using 1.1 (although Spec Ops uses 1.1 engine, we don't use anything from that version).

I don't think that article is directed at you my brother, you are a legend and definitely not ignorant
I think the article ispointing at the "less informed" mugen users that are not creators - and those who have 0 knowledge of 1.1 engine at all. 1.0 and 1.1 are basically the same engine. Everything in 1.0 works in 1.1 and 1.1 specific stuff can always be turned off like zoom etc. So I think the point of the article is directed at those who spread misinformation about Mugen 1.1 being inferior to 1.0 when in reality there is nothing in Mugen 1.0 that cannot be done in mugen 1.1

oh gosh no, definitely not directed at anyone. I was just curious to hear the feedback from anyone especially veterans. It is a topic that comes up quite often on some other places and forums here and there among creators and casual users I talk with so I always like to hear different views on it. O Illusionista has been using mugen for a very long time. So i was curious to hear what his personal views are on the engines.

fortunately this feature in mugen 1.1 is optional. It can be totally turned off in mugen 1.1. many 1.1 users use 1.1 with only 1.0 settings enabled to the point you wouldn't know it is mugen 1.1, so that is worth considering.

I wasnt actually aware of this to be honest. Interesting. How was this handled differently in mugen 1.0 compared to 1.1? and why was it changed only for 1.1?

interesting read about Mugen 1.0 and 1.1. I was originally a winmugen plus user until i had a large break. When I returned to Mugen I started Using 1.1 because I didnt like the idea of color indexing sprites anymore and I don't think I could ever go back to that because it was an awful process compared to just saving png so effortlessly
