My feedback is change some of the effect sprites.
That blue super BG background is a very old effect from the old crusadercast mugen era.
I think you would be better using something more up to date or more stylish and also have the glass shatter on the background effect similar to Tatsunoko vs Capcom of KOF2002UM how the background breaks.
But the attqck itself is a cool idea

Just testing some stuff from the comics, i edited the parachute from noir spiderman and made state for slow fall with some movement. Don't need so much web to use it, and will be useful depending the situations (Idk, i thinked would be cool have this special lol)

I never ever really got into HBDZ for mugen, but its fun watching all the crazy edits and addons people still working on til this day.
