New Update ! I added some combos and new standing attacks.

As an Android, Franky cannot charge. But his body allows him to obtain powers without charging.
With the "Android Charge", he obtains powers without doing anything (check furthers DB/DBZ games, it's how android works). Don't worry, this recharge is slow.
