Pre-To is a Japanese content creator known for creating characters that all fall into the BRUTAL category of AI. In other words, their characters can curb stomp most people and even throw hands with creators like Kotori and KEYSER.

That said, when it comes to their work, the majority of it is edits of Touhou characters and originals.
