As the title mentions I am planning to commission HD stages in a future date from games like Blazblue, Guilty Gear, Smash Bros, etc that are made specifically for OHMSBY styled characters.

The following features include:
Zoom
Parallax
Animations
Wide-Screen 16:9
Ultra Jump
Not too pc/laptop heavy to run.
Static
Deltas
1280 x 720p up to 1920  × 1080p.

The engine for these stages is going to be on Mugen 1.1 and compatible with Ikemen Go since I am using the Ikemen GO engine more than 1.1 although most Mugen stages work with Ikemen anyway.

My question would be how much would each stage cost since they are going to come from the source material?

My suggestion would be to start by commissioning one single stage and then use that as a guage
