One small correction is needed on the position of where the character is standing.
The characters are standing too close to the green pot with cast shadow - almost as if they are walking on it which would not be physically possible, so an easy fix i would suggest, is reposition them to stand within the next lower row of pavement tiles so there is not the obstruction.
then, make an extra layer of tiles towards the front of the screen, so offset the characters being too close to the front of the screen so it is perfect balance, and also will not effect your zoom.
