Based on a Taiwanese PC-DOS game which is a clone of Street Fighter II by developed by C&E, Inc released onFebruary 20, 1993 "Fatal Encounter is the English title of the game".
In 2013 a Mugen version of the game has been released by Brandon Cobb's Super Fighter Team under the title of SUPER FIGHTER SPECIAL EDITION

Not these exact ones, but other ones.
You would like one called 風雲雄霸天下
In english I think it is called the stormriders. it was very famous in Hong Kong. Kind of like our version of Marvel comics except about magic and swords^^

There was a KOF comic "don't remember which one" had King from Tekken being part of a KOF tournament I'll try to find it.

What I am looking for are other Manhua related comic books that doesn't has any watermarks in it like TEKKEN or Virtua Fighter "if it existed" to preserve them on this site.

It would be really nice to see the designs to be rendered in 4K UHD with PHANTOM D's photoshop skills Twisted Evil

I remember one of the first Mugen screenpacks I ever downloaded by an author named Duracelleur had this type of artwork scrolling through the background of the options menu and some of the other screens.
I thought it was incredible and I had so many questions about what i was even seeing.
I kind of still do have those same questions come to think of it...

There is a full biography on the artist that first used Manhua comics in his screenpack.
He is something of a legendary/Veteran creator. One of the oldest still active mugen creators together with the brazilian creator named O Illusionista:
