i think i remember seeing this stage also on mugenfreeforall a long time ago.
congratulations on your re-release my friend. I always look forward to the Newagemugen exclusive releases.
There are a few 2 things i would offer as a suggestions to improve as feedback:

1.the light on your helicopter spotlights stops in the air

it appears to stop unusually in the sky like it is reflecting on an invisible surface rather than fade into the air like a real spotlight.

2.the characters are too close to the bottom edge.
it wont be suitable for certain screenpacks. i turned off my lifebar and powerbars to show you


3.There are color mismatches with some buildings
FOr example the large building to the left has a blue coloring and the rest of the buildings appear to be from a different time of the day or are affected by a different sky color reflection.

4.only some lights are animated
for example the small red lights appear animated but the majority of the building lights are not

those are my observation and feedback but keep up your hard work my friend

1.Thanks! Great feedback. I felt like those back spotlights where too short. I knew something was off but it didn't dawn on me until I watched the video back and you just confirmed it.

2. That should be an easy fix. Phantom usually brings up the same thing. I don't use a lot of screenpacks with bars on the bottom.

3. I kinda thought that too. That's actually the original color. This was all one image that I chopped up. Except f9r the floor and rails. I know that bothers some, but I think the building has it's own unique lights.

4.Totally true. I felt that animating some would be sufficient.

Yeah I dropped this years ago. But I added more layers and animations. Guess I should revisit and drop again soon!
