I did this stage awhile back. Just a edit of Akuma Arashi by Flamekyo



Just expanded and added some layers to it. I do agree the rain sucks. Been wanting to fix that but i can do that later if i want.

Yeah, its one of the first ones i downloaded that was impressive. Such an epic edit i had to work on it.
