As the legend goes from within the belly of the sometimes confusing and secretive KOF Mugen community, Seiren, the much sought after OP boss himself was originally leaked by someone named "charly" which caused alot of drama in the KOF circles, coz as ya know, once something is leaked all the edits start circulating. This version here is supposedly the original official 2018 version of Seiren from The passing himself.
