General Chicken is a veteran Korean MUGEN Screenpack, stage and Character creator, mostly best known for making the entire roster of Sango Fighter 2 characters as well as 3 characters from Sango Fighter 1.
He hosted and released content via his personal websites, Old Mugen Store house, and Mugen storehouse until his sites went offline in March, 2019. He has been active in the Mugen community since at least 2006, but likely longer. As of Q4 2021, his status is unknown.
Worth noting, 3 of his Sango Fighter 2 characters are considered to be "prototypes", because although they contain a complete character, General Chicken never bothered to update their sound files, thus they contain English dialogue from other sources and still used his OLD .CNS file.

All of General Chicken's characters use a custom CNS file (either called "genchicken.cns" or "chicken.cns", with "chicken.cns" being the NEW .CNS file that he uses, and "genchicken.cns" being the OLD .CNS file, and you cannot interchange them, as it will cause bugs), which means they do not work with the default MUGEN 1.0/1.1 "common1.cns" file.

However, all of his characters are FULLY FUNCTIONAL, have no bugs (or at least none that stand out, maybe minor hitbox or sprite misalignment on the prototypes) for the most part... or none that I could notice anyways. Overall, his characters are really good, the AI isn't entirely "aggressive", but its certainly not a pushover either in a fair amount of matches. I would say, his characters are on-par with Street Fighter II characters from N64Mario or MASA.
