I did my best and my photoshop skill sucks.

This is the result that I took @YugaCurry 's challenger in @KAINE's post
and I re-made it not just edit.

For Mugen 1.1

True widescreen 16:9 format
character at right size not too big (doesn't need to shrink localcoord)
looped BGM
Kinda 3D Parallax
