Noobic cube is a veteran Japanese Mugen creator. He is most well known for his KOF CHang/Choi characters, and in the earlier days of mugen, his various Touhou characters. He has been active within the mugen community since as early as 2009 but likely longer. His site, goodeyed cactus hosts various characters and patches and as on 2020, was last updated in 2018.
