The key things needed to qualify for a forbes list article are:

*1 or more nominations by a senior member (thats me! so its adone deal!)
*Links to his/her official  youtube/website etc
* a full biography of the basics such as age/nationality/type of creator ie stages/chars/screenpacks etc/and time active in comunity, so the year he first started creating
*There needs to be a dedicated archive or link to all of his work to make it accessible. We can either make one by assembling all of his works by hunting and gathering, or finding where it is linked.

I think he was korewan and used to be on the naver blogs for kof korea stuff maybe so that may help but not so sure....what do you say amigo?

Sure, I'd be more than glad to help out. Good thing I'm friends with VELKA so I can give some relatively accurate information.

The Glasses, currently called VELKA, is a senior Korean MUGEN author who focused on KOFM style characters and stages. He is best known for his screenpack: KOF Wings of Justice. His edits of characters, such as Kyo SP, Saiki, Iori XIII, K', and Orochi Kyo are community staples, having been downloaded thousands of times.

The Glasses began his career around 2014-2015, starting as a simple editor on the Naver blogs for KOF. A Zeroko edit that he had made in 2015 in collaboration with "The Paper" gained quite a bit of traction. However, he didn't hit his peak until 2016, when he started releasing the characters he would be best known for. His humanized Saiki edit, Kyo SP, Orochi Kyo, Iori XIII, and Flamme Shingo all received massive traction within the KOF MUGEN community.

The Glasses's most popular work by far, however, is his original screenpack titled "Wings of Justice", released in 2017. It is a screenpack that most people in the KOF MUGEN community would have heard of, and has been modified several times. The screenpack has been re-uploaded several times, even being posted on GameJolt very shortly after release.

However, trouble was brewing within the Korean KOF MUGEN community. The Glasses was known for having his edit be private for quite an extensive period of time, with some never being released to the public. This exploded in full action in 2018, when several of The Glasses's creations were leaked. One of the leakers is Gently, also a Korean author who is still active to this day. Apparently, Gently had betrayed the Glasses's crew, though his exact motives are still unknown. This drama appears to be one of the main causes as to why "The Glasses" had disappeared in 2018, deleting his channel and rendering his contact information useless.

Many believed that the Glasses had retired since then, and while many expressed their grief at this loss, it was not uncommon in MUGEN.

However, in reality, The Glasses was not entirely gone from the scene yet. Around 2019, he started working as an editor for the channel 쭈늬 (https://www.youtube.com/@user-tx8cu8bp2n/featured). It was only a matter of time before he returned.

And return he did. Under his new name, VELKA, the Glasses officially announced his return on December 3, 2021. The day after, the Glasses posted his first video, officially signifying his return as "VELKA".

VELKA also adopted a new slogan, possibly influenced by what has happened before. His new tagline is now very simple: NO MORE PRIVATE.

All of his current releases can be found in his YouTube channel. As for his older releases, they are archived through various communities such as MUGEN FFA or AK1 MUGEN.

That youtube channel however is not old and I am sure he also had an older channel - to confirm his active community date range we will need reference data such as a personal user account with a join date that can be verified online. An example would be if he ever created an account on other mugen websites such as MFG, MFFA, or others.
As for archived older works, we will also need links to this. I am happy to re-download all of those and compile them into one centralized and dedicated archive for his forbes list entry to make it easier for others to not need to traverse multiple sites or deal with dead links.
