In the video, Heyman looks upset for some reason, while the Straight Edge Superstar explains to him that he's not like his mentor's other clients, Brock Lesnar and Curtis Axel.

WWE Superstar Jack Swagger is scheduled to appear in court to stand trail for his February DUI, after being arrested for speeding, with marijuana in his possession. While Swagger won't face any serious repercussions for the crime, city prosecutor Kirk Clark is reportedly aiming for the maximum sentence, including two days of jail time, according to an interview he did with the Associated Press.
Swagger's trial is set for next Monday, June 25th in Mississippi.
Despite F4WOnline.com reporting that Rob Van Dam will not be returning to WWE on a full-time basis, and that his contract is a short term deal, the WWE Facebook wrestler page is listing RVD as a full-time superstar regarding his return to the company.
