When I said hi-res, I meant the different style of the floor flame and the energy blast coming out of Rock's hand.

Those horrid fire effects on his feet look hi-res to me

its lowres with an afterimage
if it were hires there wouldnt be pixelation visible

Or you could make it fade from that first screenshot's color, ot color blue, because blue flames are waaaaaaaaaay hotter compared to your standard red/orange flames, and it signifies the flame intensifying? Just an idea.

OR you could just use blue flames for like the MAX version of it or something :P

get ya opponent in the corner in training mode, if you time it right you can chain ryu's Shin Shoryuken and basically get a 100% chain

It could be.... put ryu's power level to 99,000 and press space at the beginning of each mach then you'll be able to do it legit 

I was testing Miku Extended SP, and it made me do these ports.
