I just realized that this stage has two different backgrounds. The background i was using at first had the top lights animated and it had no flags on the buildings but the one you see in the screenshot that i just added has the flags but no animated lights which is odd.

I noticed that for a couple of the stages in the folders of the rips. I solved it by looking up the actual stage to see the one used, I then made an alternate download to the others because for whatever reason they were wider.

I mainly want the Wider vercion because i play with localcoords so the game fake widescreen mode.

All anims added.
But still need to code the anims the best as i can also move a lil some of the anims :/

I usually don't go down that route since some loocalcoords can effect character scaling.

You are correct!
But thats easy to fix.
Those chars where fixed by me.

Chars Localcoord = 420.
also.
Super BG size of chars increased to 1.3, 1.3.
