Update:
- Added credits and fixed some typos in the readme.
- Added the default palette from Guardian Heroes.
- Fixed velocities on Down+A and Down+B
- Fixed initial velocities on basic aerial attacks.
- Fixed the lifebar disappearing issue. Now, the only time they disappear is when Dancing Wind Staff is successful.
- Fixed the power gain issue with supers.
- Fixed C and Down+C magic attacks to allow combo'ing into supers.
- Added victory quotes.

[Conclusion]
I made Randy because I wanted something different and to make a relatively smaller character to get myself back into MUGEN after a small 1-month hiatus.
Randy is a magic user who has a nice balance of magic and melee attacks. He uses a slightly modified style of gameplay from my normal style. It's still
3- button, but a little harder to play with. Simple A,A,A and B,B,B repetitive commands are not possible with this style. However, that doesn't mean that
you can't combo. You can, in fact, combo quite well with this style. Enjoy.
