Description: Juugo is a naturally peaceful person who is inflicted
with random bouts of murderous intent. He's a bipolar experiment
of Orochimaru's who can transform himself, growing 1-2 huge, fists
and other jet-like appendages from his body.

Sounds:
Juugo has both an English and Japanese sound pack.
To change them just open up his .def file
and change the line that starts with "snd = " to one of the following:
snd = juugo_nzc.en.snd ; for English
OR
snd = juugo_nzc.jp.snd ; for Japanese

-- Basic Attacks --
Juugo uses a series of heavy melee attacks and doesn't use
any thrown weapons. He's 100% brawler.
Commands are simple. A, B, and C are
his commands for Light, Medium, and Heavy attacks respectively.

Violent Rush - QCF+A - 1000 (1 Bar)
Juugo grows jet-like appendages from his back and uses them to dash at the enemy at high speeds. If he
gets close enough, he'll launch two heavy punches their way.
- He'll also perform the punches if he's near the wall.
- The punches can hit the enemy even if they are lying down on the ground.

Groundbreaker - 1000 (1 Bar)
As the name implies, Juugo smashes the ground with both his fists. A giant chunk of earth is lifted from the force
of his fists and damages the enemy.
- This can also be used in the air, however, it has a slightly shorter range than performing it from the ground.

Violent Axe Rush - QCF+B - 2000 (2 Bars)
Juugo grows jet-like appendages from his back and uses them to dash at the enemy at high speeds. If he
hits the enemy with the dash, he then forms an large Axe on his arm and smashes the enemy into the ground.
- Juugo will not be able to hit them, if this move is guarded or he reaches the wall.

Violent Burst - QCB+B - 2000 (2 Bars)
Juugo grows jet-like appendages from his back and uses them to dash at the enemy at high speeds. If he
hits them with the dash, he'll smash them into the ground and pin them with his arm. Then, he uses jet boosters,
jutting out from his arm, to smash the trapped enemy one more into the ground, dealing a lot of damage.
- Juugo will not be able to hit the enemy if this move is guarded or he reaches the wall.

Strongarm Bind - QCF+C - 3000 (3 Bars)
Juugo extends his arm to the enemy and attempts to grab them. If he's successful, he'll crunch them in his fist, dealing
a high amount of damage.
- Juugo will extend his arm only to the enemy's location. If it misses or blocked, he'll retract it.

Chakra Jet Booster - QCB+C - 3000 (3 Bars)
Juugo grows jet-like appendages from his back and uses them to dash at the enemy at high speeds. If he hits the
enemy with his dash, time will slow down and he'll continue to move past them. Juugo then increases the intensity
of the chakra jets coming out of his back. This force damages the enemy, who will be in limbo.
- Juugo fails to activate his Jet Booster if his dash is guarded against or if he misses.

[Conclusion]
Juugo had few sprites to work with to really make things any bit interesting, but it was done nonetheless. He's pretty
much a brawler. His sheet only had 5 real usable supers, so I made one up: Chakra Jet Booster. I think it's interesting and
original. I hope you think the same :)
