About the char, not bad you used some fancy hitsparks/fx and the multy-jump actually almost mimic a Koopa Troopa flight but maybe you should lower the number of jumps imo.
I kinda feel it slighty based on MVC or Marvel style.

But as Mark already said what is needed to fix also that it don´t have a palette.
