This is "What's Goin' On?": A stage I've created just for the hell of it. It was a fun little (well, not in file size :P) project that I hope you guys
will like.

Lol! Thank you. Laharl told me what you were saying about it. It's part of the reason why I joined here. :) I judged it too quickly, based on homepage design. That was wrong of me.

One thing that seriously bugs me about the stage though (and all stages) is that there's no way to keep it synced. One pause of the background and it's out of sync... stupid. >>

Oh, the audio and video are synced together at the very beginning load (depending on how fast your computer is. On mine, it's 100% in sync.) After any pause, the audio and video won't be in sync anymore. It's a limitation of mugen and unavoidable. Or, if there's a way and I don't know about it, then I'll feel really dumb lol.

Most of the time I try to avoid doing synced pieces completely, but this needed to be synced lol. It's He-Man... and he's singing... in a high pitched voice. :D

Yep, I think my next stage will avoid syncing completely. It's a real shame though. Sometimes mugen just pisses me off lol.

Yep, it's a fun stage. I'm pretty sure any stage that's based off of YouTube video can be labeled as a joke stage. :)

Thanks, I'm not sure if it was ok to but the Toshiba logo on it, but it was done for realism lol. Currently praying for no Toshiba-related lawsuits lol.
