Merge Configuration and Development help and just call it Mugen Help

Both are aimed at mugen help and quite frankly dont contain a whole heap of stuff anyway(imo one of the lower-end active sections). Also bring out The Tips,Tricks,and Tutorials Section in place of one so that it is easier to find (It could stay there but idk it just seems like extra work just to find, although technically it still falls under Mugen help)

I haven't seen this option here but it would be cool if there was a "View replies to your post" feature. Maybe put it on the right side of the screen. If that feature is there already my bad

is there a way to make the pic (Avatar) upload feature for your profile easier to show GIFS? I noticed by observation MFFA seems to be a bit easier to upload stuff like that than MFG....(for example)

There isn't a feature for that function specifically but there is a "View posts since last visit" option. I'll look into your suggestion though considering it'd be a good idea if there's more activity here. Right now it should be fairly easy to see replies using that function, thanks for the idea though i'm gonna look into it.

You mean by being able to browse directly from your PC without using an image uploader? I'll see if there's a way to integrate that because it'd be cool. It could be fairly simple to add, or it could be restricted by forumotion limitations.

No problem on the suggestions. Thanks for the reply btw. And yeah thats what i mean where you go to browse your pc and upload the Gif animation you have. BUT the thing with that is i notice at times that some forums give you free will to do it that way and some dont. Other forums You may have to go to a certain photo site to generate the http code just to show it as your avatar....so thats the only thing im wondering on that.

The avatar thing should be there now. I moved it to the top in profiles and removed the "Create your avatar!" ad. So you should be able to browse directly from your pc without using an uploader unless you prefer to.

Can this forum do Gifs as well? i tried that but it didnt work as i get to do for MFG....curious about that

Yeah this forum links GIFs fine, check out the GIF Thread. If you're facing problems, it might be your PC or internet connection.

Yeah sorry what i actually meant is the Gifs that are actual animations n such. I tried a gif i use for MFG currently (which shows fine) but it didnt work here with that same link it seems. No biggie but i was curious about that since i like using random animations for avatars. Ill keep fiddling with links here to see what happens

There still shouldn't be an issue with it afaik, post the link here and i'll see if i can figure out why it isn't workin'.

Well heres the link below i use at MFG. Here it shows like the image is too big which is odd because i had to resize it down a few times just so that it could show at MFG. At MFFA however i didnt have to worry about all that. Just upload it from the pc as is....

Within the profile there is an option to upload straight from your PC, it's also possible in posts if you use a certain attachment i believe. I don't really know what else to say though because it looks and appears to work fine for me, doesn't appear to big, rather small actually.

Odd looks fine at my end just copy the URL and paste it on the second add link option.

hmm damn thats odd as hell...

its cool man. yeah it wasnt resized randomly. i had to resize it myself for MFG in order for it to show. when its too much in size it wont show there. But anyway im not gonna bug ya to death on that haha. Thanks for replying and trying to look into the matter anyway. Ill keep messin with that till something happens. its just weird how the gif doesnt show here but it shows up at two other sites for me...

Ohhhhh such a simple thing too, i feel stupid.

I didn't even notice that until now, i was more focused on the way the gif was displaying! Lol.

lol yeah i had to look closer at that link again. MFG i just post how its shown entirely but i guess here you have to delete a couple expressions. well at least i can have fun with some animated gifs now haha
