This stage was requested by my friend Ganbare Lucifer so I am just helping him out with a reupload of this stagecreated by AceMillion in 2019 for his Retyroversus fullgame edit project. It is an upscaled edit of Elena's SF3 stage from the 1st/2nd SF3 Games. It actually is not too bad for edited sprites. I think this filter name is called 2xsupereagle. it was quite a common thing in some old emulators for CPS2 games to use these kinds of filters when playing for a fake HD look.
