Kinda been sitting on this for weeks, just had to add an anim. Another conversion so....ignore the glaring issues. Just enjoy the stage lol

-Waterfall is animated
-Animated flags on both ends of the stage

I didn't really plan on doing this one to begin with but I'll prob do the Silver and Gold Tournament stages next since its a simple swap.

Update [04/12/15]
-Fixed lingering issues.
-Gave the stage depth.
-Added the Silver and Gold versions of the stage.
Probably works for winmugen now but i haven't tested.
